Films are shown in the Community Centre fortnightly on a Friday. Typically a children's film at 17:30 and then something for adults at 19:30. Streamed performances from National Theatres are shown on an ad hoc basis. Also, there are a variety of live concerts.​​​​

Deeside Gliding Club is renowned for being the foremost Wave soaring site in Britain, with the UK altitude record of 38,600 feet being set by a glider flown from the club.

Aboyne and Deeside Heritage Society has over 90 members, young and not so young, who are creating and sharing an interest in the heritage and culture of Aboyne and Deeside and the community’s relationship with the wider world.

A great place to come and pursue personal and collective projects. Members have access to Welding, Woodturning, Woodworking, Metal machining, laser cutting/engraving equipment and all sorts of hand tools.

Club is for the benefit of retired professional and businessmen seeking to stimulate health and welfare through the provision of regular educational, social and physical recreational activities. Meet in the Victory Hall 10:00 - 12:00 2nd & last Tuesday (Sep -Apr).​​
